Part I – PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

2. Establishment of the Road Fund Administration
There is hereby established a juristic person to be known as the Road Fund Administration.3. Objects of the Administration
Subject to this Act, the object of the Administration is to manage the road user charging system in such a manner as to secure and allocate sufficient funding for the payment of expenditure as contemplated in section 17(1), with a view to achieving a safe and economically efficient road sector.4.
