AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE TO THE PUBLIC
SERVICE ACT, (ACT 2 OF 1980)
Under the powers vested in me by section 3 of the Public Service Act, 1980 (Act 2 of
1980) I hereby amend the First Schedule to the said Act by the substitution in the
said Schedule for the expressions "Ministry of Labour and Manpower Development': and "Permanent Secretary: Labour and Manpower Development" in column
I and 2 respectively, of the expressions "Ministry of Labour and Human Resources
Development" and "Permanent Secretary: Labour and Human Resources Development", respectively.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek this
18th day of December, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Three.
