ANNOUNCEMENT IN TERMS OF ARTICLE 32(8) OF THE
NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION OF APPOINTMENT OF
GOVERNOR OF BANK OF NAMIBIA
In terms of Sub-Article (8) of Article 32 of the Namibian Constitution, I
hereby announce that I have, under the powers vested in me by Sub-Article
(4)(b)(bb) of that Article, on the recommendation of the Public Service
Commission, appointed Jaafar Ahmad as Governor of the Bank of Namibia
with effect from I 0 January 1994.
