APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISOR:
NATIONAL SECURITY

Under the powers vested in me by section 1(2) of the Special Advisors and
Regional Representatives Appointment Act, 1990 (Act No.6 of 1990), I have
appointed Peter Tshirumbu as Special Advisor: National Security to the
President with effect from 11 February 1994.
