LABOUR COURT RULES

Under section 22 of the Labour Act, 1992 (Act 6 of 1992), the Labour Courts'
Rules Board has, after consultation with the Labour Advisory Council,
made the rules for the conduct of the proceedings of the Labour Court as set
out in the Annexure.
