AMENDMENT OF PROCLAMATION 16 OF 1994

Under the powers vested in me by section 3(4)(a) of the Local Authorities
Act, 1992 (Act 23 of 1992), I hereby amend Proclamation 16 of 1994(a) by the substitution in paragraph (b) for the word "seven" of the word
"ten";
(b) by the substitution for paragraph (c) of the following paragraph:
"(c) by section 3(4)(b) of the said Local Authorities Act, 1992, I hereby
amend Schedule I to that Act by the substitution for Part I of that
Schedule of the following part:
