DETERMINATION OF DATE OF BY-ELECTION
FOR OMUPUNDJA CONSTITUENCY

Under the powers vested in me by section 10(3) of the Regional Councils Act, 1992
(Act 22 of 1992), I hereby determine 30 September 1994 as the date for the holding
of ~by-election for the Omupundja Constituency in respect of the Oshana Region.
