ELECTORAL ACT, 1992: NOTIFICATION OF RESULT
OF THE ELECTION FOR THE LOCAL
AUTHORITY COUNCIL OF WALVIS BAY

In terms of section 92( I) of the Electoral Act, 1992 (Act 24 of 1992), the
following announcement, and the particulars contained therein, in respect of
the result of the election for members of the local authority council of Walvis
Bay held on 15 August and 16 August 1994 made in accordance with section
91(2) of the said Act, are hereby published in the Schedule hereto, by
indicating (a) in column 1 of the said Schedule, the total number of votes counted in
the local authority area of Walvis Bay with the total number of rejected
ballot papers shown in brackets;
