ANNOUNCEMENT IN TERMS OF ARTICLE 32(8) OF
THE NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION OF THE
APPOINTMENT OF A JUDGE OF
THE HIGH COURT
In terms of subarticle (8) of Article 32 of the Namibian Constitution, I
hereby announce that I have under the powers vested in me by subarticle
(4)(a)(aa) of the said Article 32, on the recommendation of the Judicial
Service Commission appointed, with effect from 15 October 1994, Simpson
Victor Mtambanengwe as Judge of the High Court of Namibia.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek
this lith day of October, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-four.
