REGISTRATION OF EXTERNAL COMPANY AS COMPANY IN
NAMIBIA: J S MENNIE AND SONS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
Under the powers vested in me by subsection (2) of section 335 of the
Companies Act, 1973, I hereby declare that J S Mennie and Sons
(Proprietary) Limited shall, subject to compliance with the provisions of
subsection (3) of that section, be deemed, with effect from the date of
termination of its registration and incorporation as a company in the
Republic of South Africa, to be a company incorporated in the Republic of
Namibia under Chapter IV of the Companies Act, 1973.
