REGULATIONS RELATING TO PERFORMANCE OF
CERTAIN POLICE DUTIES BY MEMBERS OF
THE NAMIBIA DEFENCE FORCE:
DEFENCE ACT, 1957
Under the powers vested in me by section 87 of the Defence Act, 1957 (Act 44
of 1957), read with section 3(2)(d) of that Act, I hereby make the regulations
set out in the schedule.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek
this 6th day of December, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-four.
