MODEL POUND REGULATIONS

The Minister has under section 94 of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act 23
of 1992), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
I. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, a word
or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Local Authorities
Act, 1992, shall bear that meaning and "Act" means the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act 23 of 1992);
