APPOINTMENT OF DELIMITATION COMMISSION

Under the powers vested in me by section 5 of the Local Authorities Act,
1992 (Act 23 of 1992) I hereby appoint a delimitation commission consisting
of:
(a) The Honourable Mr. Justice G.J.C. Strydom. who shall be the chairperson;
(b) Mr. Martin L. Shipanga;
(c) Prof. Gerhard K.H. Totemeyer,
to, in accordance with the provisions of the said section 5, divide the area of
every local authority into wards, and to determine the boundaries of each
on~ of such wards.
