CHARACTERISTICS OF ADDmONAL NOTES TO BE
ISSUED BY THE BANK OF NAMIBIA

In terms of section 22(3) of the Bank ofNamibiaAct, 1990 (Act 8 of 1990), the Bank
of Namibia hereby announces the characteristics of additional notes to be issued by
the Bank of Namibia and which have been approved by the Minister of Finance
under section 22(2) of the Bank of Namibia Act, 1990.
Notes
1.

Additional notes will be issued in the following denominations:
200 Namibia Dollars (N$200)
20 Namibia Dollars (N$20)
