CORRECTION NOTICE
DEEDS REGISTRIES REGULATIONS

The Deeds Registries Regulations promulgated by Government Notice 180 of 1 July
1996 is corrected (a)

by the substitution in regulation 2(a) of the words "any if' for the words "if
any";

(b)

by the addition of the following words to regulation 16:

"the description of the property contain an extending clause substantially in
the form of the applicable prescribed Form DD or EE.";
