APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN UNDER ARTICLE 90
OF THE NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION

By virtue of the powers vested in me by Article 90 of the Namibian Constitution 1,
on the recommendation of the Judicial Service Commission, hereby appoint Advocate Bience Gawanas as Ombudsman.
