SEA FISHERIES ACT, 1992:
DETERMINATION OF TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH IN RESPECT OF
ORANGE ROUGHY AND HAKE
In terms of sectiOi• 15 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1992 (Act No. 29 of 1992), and after
consultation with 1:1c Sea Fisheries Advisory Council, I hereby determine that the Total
Allowable Catch for the year 2000/2001 in respect of the species of fish in the first
column of the Table below, for the purpose of allocating quotas during the period 1 May
2000 to 30 April 2001, shall be as specified in the second column of the table in respect
of the species concerned:
