NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE CLOSE CORPORATIONS ACT, 1988:
DEREGISTRATION OF CLOSE CORPORATIONS

It is hereby made known in terms of subsection (3) of section 26 of the Close Corporations
Act, 1988 (Act 26 of 1988) that the close corporations mentioned in the Schedule shall
as from the date of publication of this notice be deregistered under subsection (2) of that
section for the reason that the close corporation have submitted written statements in
terms of that subsection to the effect that such close corporations have ceased to carry on
business and have no assets or liabilities, and that no good cause to the contrary has been
shown.
