NOTIFICATION OF FARMING UNITS OFFERED FOR ALLOTMENT:
AGRICULTURAL (COMMERCIAL) LAND REFORM ACT, 1995
In terms of section 39(3) of the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 (Act
No.6 of 1995), it is hereby made known that copies of the allotment plans approved in
respect of the properties referred to in the Schedule, shall be available for public inspection
at the places and times indicated in the Schedule.
