that the said Act shall come into operation on the date of publication of this notice.

ELECTRICITY REGULATIONS: ADMINISTRATIVE
ELECTRICITY ACT, 2000

The Minister of Mines and Energy has under section 39 of the Electricity Act, 2000 (Act
No.2 of2000) made the regulations set out in the Schedule which shall come into effect
on the date of publication of this notice.
