COMMENCEMENT OF THE NAMIBIAN PORTS AUTHORITY
AMENDMENT ACT, 2000

Under section 8 of the Namibian Ports Authority Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 12 of
2000), I determine that the said Act comes into effect on the date of publication of this
notice in the Gazette, except for sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Act.
