APPOINTMENT OF NGOMA AS A PLACE FOR HOLDING A COURT AND
PRESCRIPTION OF THE LOCAL LIMITS OF SUCH COURT:
MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT, 1944
Under section 2(l)(h) of the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1944 (Act No. 32 of 1944), I(a)

appoint Ngoma, within the district ofKatim<> \1ulilo and the district division Rundu,
as a place for the holding of a court for the .;aid district and district division; and

(b)

prescribe the local limits of the police stations at lmpalila Island and N goma as
the local limits within which the court referred to in paragraph (a) exercises
jurisdiction.
