NOTIFICATION OF FARMING UNITS OFFERED FOR ALLOTMENT:
AGRICULTURAL(COMMERCIAL) LAND REFORMACT, 1995
In terms of section 39 of the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 (Act
No.6 of 1995) I(a)

make known that copies of the allotment plans approved in respect of the farming
units referred to in the Schedule will be available for public inspection at the
places and times indicated in the Schedule; and

(b)

invite applications for the allotment of those farming units.
