REGULATIONS RELATING TO WASTE MANAGEMENT:
LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

The Town Council of Lüderitz, after consultation with the Minister of Regional and
Local Government and Housing, under section 94(1) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992
(Act No. 23 of 1992), makes the regulations set out in the Schedule.
