APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE MINISTER
OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL WELFARE

Under the powers vested in me by Article 32(3)(i)(ee) of the Namibian Constitution,
read with section 1(1) of the Special Advisers and Regional Representatives Appointment
Act, 1990 (Act No. 6 of 1990), I appoint Vicki Erenstein Ya Toivo as Special Adviser to
the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare with effect from 18 May 2005.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek this 16th
day of May, Two Thousand and Five.
