DIRECTIVES REGULATING THE CONDUCT OF PROCEEDINGS BEFORE
A JUDGE OF THE HIGH COURT OF NAMIBIA WITH REGARD TO
APPLICATIONS UNDER SECTIONS 19 AND 25 OF THE NAMIBIA
CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT, 1997
The Judge-President of the High Court of Namibia, after consultation with the DirectorGeneral of the Namibia Central Intelligence Service, has under section 27 of the Namibia
Central Intelligence Service Act, 1997 (Act No. 10 of 1997), issued the directives set out
in the Schedule.
