ASSIGNMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL YOUTH
SERVICE ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. 6 OF 2005)
In terms of section 3(2)(a) and (b) of the National Youth Service Act, 2005 (Act No. 6 of
2005), I respectively assign (a)

the administration of that Act; and

(b)

any function required to be performed and delegate any power required to be
exercised in terms of sections 28 and 29 of that Act,

to the Minister responsible for youth, national service, sport and culture.
