REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE FIRST ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF
THE MEDICAL AND DENTAL COUNCIL OF NAMIBIA:
MEDICAL AND DENTAL ACT, 2004
The Minister of Health and Social Services, under section 59 of the Medical and Dental
Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) and on the recommendation of the Interim Medical and
Dental Council of Namibia, established under section 63 of that Act, has (a)

made the regulations set out in the Schedule; and

(b)

withdrawn Government Notices Nos. 216, 220 and 221 of 20 October 1999.
SCHEDULE

Definitions

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, a word or expression
defined in the Act has that meaning, and -
