REGULATIONS ON INFORMAL TRADING:
LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

The Town Council of Oshakati makes, under section 94(1) of the Local Authorities Act,
1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), and after consultation with the Minister of Regional and
Local Government, Housing and Rural Development, the regulations set out in the Schedule.
