REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES:
LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992
The Oshakati Town Council makes, under section 94(1) of the Local Authorities
Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992) and after consultation with the Minister of Regional
and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development, the Regulations set out
in the Schedule.
