PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF THE USE OF A CERTAIN MARK:
MERCHANDISE MARKS ACT, 1941

In terms of section 13 of the Merchandise Marks Act, 1941 (Act No. 17 of 1941), I
give notice that the Municipal Council of Walvis Bay has requested the prohibition,
under section 15(l) of that Act, of the use by any person other than the Municipality
of Walvis Bay of the mark shown below in connection with any trade, business,
profession or occupation or in connection with a trade mark, mark or trade description
applied to goods.
