PERSONNEL RULES: LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

The Town Council of Arandis, under section 27(1)(c)(i) and (ii)(bb) of the Local Authorities Act,
1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), with the approval of the Minister of Regional and Local Government,
Housing and Rural Development, has made the personnel rules set out in the Schedule.
