MERCHANT SHIPPING (RADIO INSTALLATIONS) REGULATIONS:
MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 1951

Under section 356 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951), I (a)

make the regulations set out in the Schedule; and

(b)

repeal the Merchant Shipping (Radio Installations) Regulations published under Government
Notice No. 60 of 19 April 2002.
