DECLARATION OF SAKEUS E SHANGHALA AS OFFICE-BEARER: MEMBERS OF
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND OTHER OFFICE-BEARERS PENSIONS ACT, 1990
Under the powers vested in me by section 1(2) of the Members of the National Assembly and other
Office-Bearers Pensions Act, 1990 (Act 21 of 1990) I declare Mr Sakeus E Shanghala, who holds the
office of Chairperson of the Law Reform and Development Commission as an office-bearer for the
purposes of that Act with effect from 09 November 2010.
