NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE REGULATIONS in respect of
Regulations Regarding Broadcasting and Telecommunications
Service Licence Categories
The Board of the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN), in terms of the
“Regulations Regarding Rule-Making Procedures: Communications Act, 2009” prescribed in
General Notice 334, Government Gazette No. 4630 dated 17 December 2010, publishes this Notice
of Intention to Make Regulations (the Notice).
