LOCAL AUTHORITIES TENDER BOARD REGULATIONS:
LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT, 1992

Under section 94A of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), I have (a)

made the regulations as set out in the Schedule; and

(b)

repealed the Tender Board Regulations published in Government Notice 30 of 15 February
2001.
