NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION OF KHORIXAS CONSTITUENCY RESIDENTS
ASSOCIATION FOR REGISTRATION AS AN ORGANISATION: ELECTORAL ACT, 2014

In terms of subsection (7) of section 148 of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014), I give notice
that -

(a) the Khorixas Constituency Residents Association, with abbreviated name KCRA, has made
an application for registration as an organisation under subsection (1) of that section;

(b) the list of the names and addresses of the office-bearers of the Khorixas Constituency
Residents Association is set out in Schedule 1;

(c) the business address and postal address of the office which for the purposes of that Act is
the office of the authorised representative of the organisation, and is situated at Erf 2360,
Khorixas and P.O. Box 289, Khorixas;

(d) the names and voters’ registration numbers of the persons who have signed the declaration
referred to in subsection (2)(d)(i) of that section are set out in Schedule 2;
