DETERMINATION OF PERIOD FOR SUPPLEMENTARY REGISTRATION
OF VOTERS IN RESPECT OF BY-ELECTION FOR KUNENE REGIONAL COUNCIL:
OPUWO RURAL CONSTITUENCY: KUNENE REGION: ELECTORAL ACT, 2014

Under the powers vested in me by section 25(2) of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014), read
with section 38(1) of that Act, I, on the recommendation of the Electoral Commission of Namibia,
determine the period extending from 26 April 2021 to and including 28 April 2021 to be the period
during which the supplementary registration of voters in respect of the Opuwo Rural Constituency,
Kunene Region, must take place for the purpose of a by-election in that constituency.

Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek, this 20th day of April,
Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
