NOTICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF INSPECTORS AND A SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR IN
TERMS OF SECTIONS 123 AND 124 OF THE COMMUNICATION ACT, 2009

The ICT sector continues to expand in business activities therefore, the regulation and investigation
of activities by the Authority requires employees with expertise and knowledge in specialised fields
such as type approval, spectrum management and postal management to conduct investigation
relating thereto. The Authority further requires an expert special investigator to assess and investigate
network capacity in the Telecommunication sector as the ICT industry continues to magnify.
