DETERMINATION OF PERIOD FOR SUPPLEMENTARY REGISTRATION
OF VOTERS IN RESPECT OF BY-ELECTION FOR ZAMBEZI REGIONAL COUNCIL:
KATIMA MULILO URBAN CONSTITUENCY: ZAMBEZI REGION: ELECTORAL ACT, 2014

Under the powers vested in me by section 25(2) of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014),
read with section 38(1) of that Act, I, on the recommendation of the Electoral Commission of
Namibia, determine the period extending from 21 June 2021 to and including 23 June 2021 to be the
period during which the supplementary registration of voters in respect of the Katima Mulilo Urban
Constituency, Zambezi Region, must take place for the purpose of a by-election in that constituency.
