AMENDMENT OF PROCLAMATION NO. 38 OF 23 JULY 2021:
NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION

Under the powers vested in me by Article 62(1)(c) read with Article 32(3)(b) of the Namibian
Constitution, I amend Proclamation No. 38 of 23 July 2021 by the substitution for the date “27 July
2021” of the dates “27 and 28 July 2021”.

Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of Namibia at Windhoek, this 27th day of July,
Two Thousand and Twenty-One.
