NOTIFICATION OF NAME OF PERSON APPOINTED AS RETURNING OFFICER FOR
BY-ELECTION FOR ELECTION OF MEMBER OF ZAMBEZI REGIONAL COUNCIL:
KATIMA MULILO URBAN CONSTITUENCY: ZAMBEZI REGION:
ELECTORAL ACT, 2014

Under the powers vested in me by section 64(1)(c)(i) of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014),
I-

(a) make known that Macbeth N. Machana has been appointed in terms of section 65(l)(a) of
that Act as a returning officer for the by-election for the election of a member of the Zambezi
Regional Council, Katima Mulilo Urban Constituency in the Zambezi Region; and

(b) repeal Proclamation No. 37 of 30 June 2021.
