EXTENSION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT ON MINIMUM WAGES AND CONDITIONS
OF EMPLOYMENT: CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: LABOUR ACT, 2007

In terms of section 71(5) of the Labour Act, 2007 (Act No. 11 of 2007) and at the request of the
Construction Industries Federation of Namibia and the Metal and Allied Namibian Workers Union, I
extend the collective agreement set out in the Schedule to employers and employees in the construction
industry who are not parties to that agreement for a period of two years with effect from the date of
publication of this Notice in the Gazette.
