COMMENCEMENT OF GAMING AND ENTERTAINMENT CONTROL ACT, 2018
AND GAMING AND ENTERTAINMENT CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT, 2020

Under -

(a) section 112 of the Gaming and Entertainment Control Act, 2018 (Act No. 13 of 2018); and

(b) section 7 of the Gaming and Entertainment Control Amendment Act, 2020 (Act No. 5 of
2020),

I determine that those Acts come into operation on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
