FINAL DEREGISTRATION OF COMPANIES: COMPANIES ACT, 2004

In terms of section 74 of the Companies Act, 2004 (Act No. 28 of 2004), I hereby give notice that a
written statement to the effect that the companies has ceased to carry on business and has no assets
or liabilities, has been received from every company mentioned in the Schedule and that I have
deregistered every such company under that section.
