AMENDMENT OF RULES OF SUPREME COURT OF NAMIBIA:
SUPREME COURT ACT, 1990

Under section 37 of the Supreme Court Act, 1990 (Act No. 15 of 1990), and with the approval of
the President of the Republic of Namibia, I have amended the Rules of the Supreme Court of
Namibia as set out in the Schedule.
