NOTIFICATION OF PROVISIONAL VOTERS’ REGISTER: OKAKU CONSTITUENCY:
OSHANA REGION: ELECTORAL ACT, 2014

In terms of paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 31 of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of
2014), I make known that -

(a) copies of the provisional voters’ register for the Okaku Constituency, Oshana Region,
prepared in terms of subparagraph (i) of paragraph (a) of that subsection, are available
for inspection by the public during office hours between 08h00 and 17h00 at the Okaku
Constituency Office; and

(b) objections in respect of the names of voters appearing on the register must be made to the
electoral tribunal on 18 January 2023, during office hours between 08h00 and 17h00.
