ACTTo provide for the standard time of Namibia; and to provide for incidental matters.BE IT ENACTED as passed by the Parliament, and assented to by the President, of the Republic of Namibia as follows:

1. Standard time of Namibia

The standard time of Namibia is two hours in advance of the Greenwich Mean Time.

2. Repeal of laws

The Namibian Time Act, 1994 (Act No. 3 of 1994) is repealed.

3. Short title

This Act is called the Namibian Time Act, 2017.
