Unless otherwise stated in the NAMFISA Act, whenever it is stated in this Act that a decision or action is required or permitted to be made or taken by NAMFISA, it must be made or taken by the chief executive officer or by another officer or employee of NAMFISA to whom the power to make such decision or take such action has been duly delegated in writing by the chief executive officer.47.
