Subject to the provisions of section 32(1)(d) of the said Act and regulation 2, the issue of adhesive revenue and penalty stamps referred to in Government Notice R. 1133 of 2 June 1978 of the Republic of South Africa shall be regarded as demonetized and withdrawn with effect from 21 June 1990.2.
The provisions of regulation 1 shall not apply to revenue or penalty stamps overprinted for special purposes, including for the purpose of consular service.3.
The regulations promulgated under Government Notice R. 1132 of 2 June 1978 of the Republic of South Africa, are hereby repealed.History of this document
